CARETAKER / CLEANER
Applications are invited from suitable experienced persons for the above vacancy.
This is a permanent position contracted for a minimum of 16 hours per week. Additional hours involving weekend working will be required, as business dictates.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to work to a high standard, be well organised and have good communications skills, plus have a working knowledge of DIY/maintenance skills. The candidate must also have the physical ability to carry & move furniture and be flexible in the hours worked.
Duties to include:
- Premises management – maintaining & cleaning the Clubhouse, surrounding carpark & bin enclosure.
- Contract liaison, monitoring & management e.g. carpet cleaner/supplies/pest control etc.
- Porterage – the setting up and breaking down of the function rooms as required.
- Health & Safety – ensuring regulations are met weekly/monthly checks e.g. fire alarm/security system/water (legionella) etc.
Hours of work: TBA example Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8.00am to 12.00 noon.
Pay: £8.00 per hour
